此瓶为白玉质，质细润，色均匀。瓶为束颈，鼓腹，撇圈足。瓶盖两 蕉叶纹与盖钮相连，并饰以活环。肩部对称饰蕉叶活环耳，各内套活环一，具玲珑秀美之姿。瓶腹部一 面饰以“福禄寿”传统吉祥图案，但见寿桃尤为夸张饱满，鹿则昂首阔步，两只蝙蝠自天而降，取其谐音，具“福禄寿”之吉祥意。董永梅：扬州市工艺美术大师， 江苏省工艺美术名人。
