款识：仁甫大兄大人正之 蓉道人瑞霖||钤印：胡氏荣普|胡瑞霖(1864-1943)居士，瑞霖字子笏，法名妙观。在民国初年时代，是一位名气很大，护持佛教甚力的大居士，他资助和创办佛学院和藏文学院，在佛教实有相当的贡献。民国七年(1918年)，调任为福建省省长，后为大总统徐世昌聘为总统府顾问。
