龙山文化风格。玉琮器形规整，边角裁切平直，轮廓分明。中间开孔阔大，周身布满斑驳红沁。整器形制简约稳重，线条平直硬朗。 玉琮，是古代礼器，《周礼》中记其为六种“瑞玉”之一。玉琮在新石器时代，已是一种典型器物，意义有多种解释。后世有“苍璧礼天，黄琮礼地”之说，认为璧和琮象征着天圆地方，是重要的祭祀礼仪用器。 龙山文化时期的制玉水平有了很大的改进，从出土的龙山文化玉器来看，其种类丰富，且大多琢磨精致、造型优美、晶莹圆润，具有较高的艺术水平。龙山文化玉器所用玉材多是就地取材。
