杨缨（Denise），又名灯灯，生于广州，祖籍广东揭西灰寨。为杨之光女儿，1991年毕业于广州美术学院附中，因成绩优异被保送进广州美术学院版画系。1992年底赴美国留学，在美国加州州立大学波莫那分校艺术系深造，1997年回国，成为专业画家。作品多次参加国内外画展并获得奖励。曾在中国广州、香港及美国洛杉矶举办个人画展。1999年考入广州美术学院国画系攻读硕士学位，2002年获硕士学位。现为广州美术学院国画系教师。
