重1068g在汉传佛教寺院中，常将弥勒佛像奉于天王殿内，以喜庆面容笑迎八方来客。传说弥勒佛是依照五代僧人契此的形象塑造，为慈悲与福分的象征。此尊头顶光洁无发，面庞丰圆，额头宽大平整，眉似弯月，双眼眯起，咧嘴大笑，喜庆之感扑面而来。身躯肥硕，肚腹圆鼓，胸部袒露。左手持袈裟一角，右手搭于右膝。身着宽松僧裙，双腿游戏盘坐。整像胎体厚重，虽不施镀金，但莹润的铜色赋予此像以古朴雅致之感，极具汉地含蓄委婉的审美意趣。
