款识：香林禅诵。时在癸卯秋七月橅赵承旨本，叔美钱杜。钤印：「泉」、「叔美」鉴藏印：「颐庐秦通理藏书画印」、「左海邓拓」 说明 说明：秦通理、邓拓递藏。秦中行（1888-？），字通理，江苏无锡人。学者秦敦世次子，曾任盐运副使，善昆曲，以收藏清代书画著名。藏品后释出，分别流入公私收藏单位，如钱镜塘「数青草堂」及北京故宫博物院等。邓拓（1912-1966），福建闽侯人，著名新闻工作者，曾掌《人民日报》，复任北京市委书记。他擅写诗，小品文夹叙夹议，尤为时人称道。又精鉴赏，所藏历代书画甚丰，部份捐赠北京故宫博物院。
