陈玉圃（b.1946），山东历城人。少时拜黑伯龙、陈维信先生门下为入室弟子。广西艺术学院国画研究生毕业，指导教授为岭南名家黄独峰先生。陈玉圃擅长山水、花鸟，亦时作简笔人物。其艺术观念多受老庄及佛学影响，崇尚自然，主张“画道无为”。画格简淡，不事雕琢。陈玉圃长期从事美术教育工作，曾先后任教山东曲阜师范大学、广西艺术学院、广西师范大学，现为天津南开大学东方艺术系教授、硕士研究生导师，中国美术家协会会员。出版有《陈玉圃画集》、《陈玉圃水墨画集》、《陈玉圃山水画集》、《画理》，并入集《现代山水画库》等。 款识：历下玉圃。 钤印：陈玉圃印（白）鲁人（朱）
