此图以白色经丝为地，上用彩色纬丝缂织仙台玉阁。台阁云气缭绕，瑞鹤盘旋，其外松柏郁郁，蟠桃硕硕，营造出灵动祥和的仙境氛围。人物繁多，有王母娘娘、八仙、南极仙翁、和合二仙、刘海和福、禄、寿三星为等等，描绘的是在蟠桃成熟的三月三，王母娘娘大摆寿宴，邀请群仙赴蟠桃盛会为她祝寿的场景。图中仙瑞云集，除祥福长寿，又暗含“富贵平安、子孙昌盛”之祝愿。本图人物虽多，但神态各异、生动传神。人物背景布局合理，工艺精湛，又兼晕色秀丽和顺淡雅，是清代缂丝群仙祝寿的典型作品。
