直径16cm
|此炉平口外撇，束颈鼓腹，下承圈足。炉肩两侧饰双狮耳，狮首威严，凸目宽鼻，额头凸出，鬃毛毕现。炉盖以硬木精制，穹顶，顶中央设白玉童子捉手，神形毕现。周缘镂雕缠枝花卉纹，口沿起双台阶，起内唇可与炉相盖合。整器造型古朴典雅，铜色细腻均匀，色泽古朴内敛。底部铸“大明宣德五年工部督厂臣吴邦佐监造”十六字楷书款，字体规整。吴邦佐为明宣德年间铸炉官，专铸御用铜炉供朝廷使用。狮子为百兽之王，宣皇以此炉赐给兵部尚书及大都督等军职人员，故古时武职人员适用此炉。又因文殊菩萨骑狮，亦适宜收此炉供奉。
