|风格：西藏|在藏传佛教的法器中，贲巴壶具有非常重要的功用。它往往用于净化仪式和灌顶仪式中，象征着世间最根本的纯洁。贲巴壶还是弥勒的标志法器，观音菩萨也以贲巴壶作为手持法器，象征用慈悲抚慰之圣水减轻世间众生的饥渴，洗涤众生身上的污秽，消除一切精神障碍和业障。此件贲巴壶洗口，束颈，球形腹，高足微撇，形似喇叭倒扣，为藏族独具的器皿样式。壶身通体錾刻繁缛华丽卷草纹饰，卷草枝蔓弯曲相连，曼妙多彩。壶身中部还刻画有六长寿传统图案，寓意吉祥。壶柄和壶嘴雕刻两条摩羯鱼龙，鱼龙嘴含壶颈和壶嘴，自然生动，富有写实意趣，既反映了鱼龙控水之威能，又为整壶增添装饰效果。整壶胎体厚重，用材考究，色彩夺目，造型精美，装饰繁复，工艺超凡，展现出西藏晚期佛教法器奢华精致的艺术特点，具有极高的艺术价值和历史价值。
