汉 古玉谷纹兽面耳杯 H 12 cm说明：此杯玉质温润，色泽深邃，圆口带盖，直筒壁，一侧置环形鋬，另一侧浮雕巨大的兽面衔环，平底下置三足，器体不大却颇具质感。杯盖盖钮镌为四瓣打开的如意形叶片，周围绕起细腻的谷纹构成的环带；杯壁口沿下方拼接如意绶带，腹体则同样遍布谷纹作饰，一条身形矫健的螭龙在谷纹间自如地游走，蜿蜒曲折，极具线条美感。谷纹是中国古代玉器上颇为常见的装饰纹样之一，流行于战汉时期，被古人视为保佑五谷丰登的祥瑞之物，亦象征着万物甦醒、生机勃勃的景象。这件作品形制古朴中带秀美，棕褐色的杯体上满布古老的纹样，凸显淳朴雅致的氛围，是为逸品。参阅：《故宫博物院藏文物珍品全集 玉器上》p265
