观音立像以整块紫檀料圆雕而成，包浆温润，色泽光亮，菩萨头戴法冠，眉如弯月，双目下视，鼻梁尖挺，唇角含笑，面容详和。身前饰以璎珞，肩上袈裟，自两旁下垂，身着曳地襦裙，轻柔飘逸，垂坠自然，极富动感。左手作说法印，右手触地印，身体略显清瘦，体态微曲，颇具一波三折造型的自然感觉。此雕像刻工精细，选料精良，整体造型完美，线条流畅。人物细微处雕刻细致入微，刻工精巧细致，人物形象逼真生动，实为佳品。
