|说明：1.陈兼与，福建闽侯人。原名声聪，后以字行，字兼与，号壶因、荷堂。毕业于中国大学政治经济科。曾任贵州税务局副局长、福建省直接税务局局长、财政部专门委员。建国后，被聘为上海文史研究馆馆员。中国书法家协会会员。曾任中华韵文学会副理事长、中华诗词学会顾问。早年即以书法名重于时，曾与沈尹默举办个展。工诗词，亦擅兰竹、山水。三十年代与汤用彬等合着《旧都文物略》一巨著。着有《兼与阁诗》《壶因词》《兼与阁诗话》《荷堂诗话》《填词要略及词评四篇》《壶因杂记》。书法家，诗人。|2.夏承焘，浙江温州人。字瞿禅。历任浙江大学、杭州大学教授，浙江师范学院教授兼中文系主任，中国社科院文学研究所特邀研究员。词学家。
