清代雕漆重刻工而轻磨工，乾隆时雕刻尤为精工纤巧，雕漆工艺的精湛程度超过了以往任何时代，当时雕漆的新风格往往通雕锦纹而不多加装饰。此件座屏采用剔红工艺，屏边框起双楞，内嵌以硬木。中部嵌屏心，加平板背面为黑漆描金工艺修饰亭台山水制图一改有些只有一面剔红手法改双面功。壁面以不同深浅的刀法来雕琢出层次分明的感觉。琢浮江崖海浪五爪龙纹，雕工满布，细腻入微，刻画生动逼真。整器构图严谨，朱红漆，刀法熟练，精准的雕刻出龙纹，磨制圆滑，为乾隆时期杰出之作另配以老红木底座突显秀气之风。来源：海外回流
