|此佛头铜胎鎏金，金色纯厚灿然，佛头饰螺发，肉髻高耸，宝珠顶嚴。面相方圆，目光低垂，眉间嵌绿松白毫，大耳穿孔垂肩。蛾眉二弯收于高高的鼻梁上，两眼垂视，下唇微上包，下巴略往前上翻，嘴带微笑，颈脖三层，肌肉丰满，端庄慈祥。此尊佛头基本遵循古印度的造像模式，即佛像应具备“相好”的标准，并着意刻画了几种相好的特征。如顶有肉髻、额广平正、眉间毫相、眉如初月、眼广长、鼻高不现孔、耳轮垂韨等。
