此尊造像中，大师头戴桃形尖帽，为持律者所戴的法帽。面相丰颐，双目低垂，鼻梁挺直，唇角含笑，展现出大师救度世间众生脱离苦海的慈悲爱心。上身内着僧坎，外披袈裟，衣缘錾刻有华丽纹饰。左手捧有宝瓶，右手结说法印。下身被僧袍覆盖，双腿结跏趺坐姿，下承双层软垫。整像造型规整，尺度严谨，展现出清代内地藏传佛教造像的艺术特色，尤其是金色光洁亮丽，绚丽夺目，为此像平添一份艺术风采。
