如意取义吉祥，清代宫廷多用作陈设赏玩之用。“终年不语看如意，似证禅心入大乘。”更将其功用上升到了精神层面。本件如意为木胎髹红漆雕刻而成，漆色殷红，光泽靓丽，材质纯厚，刀法极为工整。上雕福禄寿三星，三星前额饱满，慈眉善目，面带笑容。柄身随形隆起，中部略宽作方柄，上雕蝙蝠吉磬和双鱼，寓意福从天降吉庆有余。尾部为洞石牡丹图。整器胎骨坚实，线条优美，髹漆肥厚，色泽瑰丽，施刀深俊利落，层次分明，极见功力。纹饰寓意祥瑞，更显富丽华贵，彰显了雍贵的身份，具有典型的清乾隆时期艺术风格。
