款识 子衡仁弟。謇。|钤印 臣謇印（白） 扶海垞（朱） |释文 太史令傅弈。学业庸浅识虑非长。乃穿凿短篇凭陵正觉。|备注|1.文物公司旧藏。|2.附南通博物馆旧标。|张謇，字季直，号啬庵，祖籍江苏常熟，生于江苏省海门市。清末状元，中国近代实业家、政治家、教育家，主张“实业救国”。中国棉纺织领域早期的开拓者，，三江师范学堂、国立东南大学、复旦公学创办人之一，上海海洋大学创始人。张謇创办中国第一所纺织专业学校，开中国纺织高等教育之先河； 他一生创办了20多个企业，370多所学校，为中国近代民族工业的兴起，教育事业的发展作出了宝贵贡献，被称为“状元实业家”。
